Mountain Day

It is that time of the year when the Pine Cobble community puts down our books and spends the day in nature. Mountain Day will take place on Friday, October 7th, and families are welcome to join the festivities, however the day will look a bit different this year. We have decided to embrace the “Ramble” hiking style and hike the trails that are connected to our beautiful campus. Our time will be spent in the woods as students navigate our trails to reach their checkpoints and destinations. A scavenger hunt will allow students to explore and gather specific items as they walk along the trails. Students will have the opportunity to create a community art project with all the collected items. The Mountain Day activities will conclude with a treat and a reflection period to allow students to enjoy their treats and discuss their experiences with their peers.
