We put our books away for a day and head to the highest mountain in Massachusetts – Mt. Greylock. Grades 1-8, teachers, and parents hike to the top on trails of varying difficulty. When the groups reach the top, we have lunches, brought by the studets along with refreshments provided by the school, and a school photo is taken. Early Childhood students, faculty and parents head to Hopkins Forest for a pleasant walk and refreshments. This is a long-standing tradition at our school, as we value the beautiful surroundings in which we live and want to expose our students to the great outdoors.
