Halloween: Pumpkin Day

Halloween Happenings!
Monday, October 31st is Halloween! In the morning, families are invited to join us at 8:30 for a short, slightly-spooky assembly followed by our annual Costume Parade on campus. Students may wear their (school-appropriate) costumes to school to participate in the morning festivities. After the assembly, grades Beginner through Five will march in the Costume Parade with the middle school and grown-ups cheering them on. Students wearing costumes should be sure to have a regular set of school clothes to change into after the parade is over. During the day, homerooms can choose to share allergy-sensitive, store-bought, individually wrapped treats with each other. In the afternoon, every student will decorate their own pumpkin to bring home at the end of the day! Families are asked to park in the lower lot after drop-off if they plan on attending the morning assembly and parade. Please let your child(ren)’s homeroom teacher know if you’d like to send in treats or plan to join us on campus for the morning assembly and parade!
